b.The PI Number
c.The date of receiving goods.
d. The list of the designer items to be exchanged.
e. The reason why the designer items are being returned.
3. Upon receipt of your request, our Customer Service Department will provide you with RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) number. This RMA number should be referred to for any future correspondence involving this return.
4. Once you receive this RMA, please ship back your package to the return address indicated on the RMA.
5. Please email us with a tracking number of your return
6. As soon as we receive your return package, our Shipping Department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
